Business Support Director

Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead and manage the Business Support department. The candidate will have day to day oversight on all aspects of governance and management in the following areas: finance, human resources management, and administration.

Main responsibilities:

  • Organization development: planning, developing, and implementing strategies.
  • Culture building: facilitating change management, and the transition into a high performance culture.
  • Talent management: implementing an effective performance management and reward system, which is in line with company vision and competency framework.
  • Talent acquisition and manpower planning.
  • Systems evaluation and implementation: putting in place the right systems for HR, finance, and admin to maintain overall efficiency.
  • Budgeting and Planning: overseeing financial and resource planning, and budgeting to ensure on-budget expenditure and value for money.

Requirements:

  • Essential background/experience: HR at a strategic level.
  • Essential competencies: strategic planning and team management.
  • Desirable: corporate services background.
  • Desirable: high-level communication.
