We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead and manage the Business Support department. The candidate will have day to day oversight on all aspects of governance and management in the following areas: finance, human resources management, and administration.
Organization development: planning, developing, and implementing strategies.
Culture building: facilitating change management, and the transition into a high performance culture.
Talent management: implementing an effective performance management and reward system, which is in line with company vision and competency framework.
Talent acquisition and manpower planning.
Systems evaluation and implementation: putting in place the right systems for HR, finance, and admin to maintain overall efficiency.
Budgeting and Planning: overseeing financial and resource planning, and budgeting to ensure on-budget expenditure and value for money.
Essential background/experience: HR at a strategic level.
Essential competencies: strategic planning and team management.
