HR & Admin manager

We are looking for a seasoned professional with HR and admin background to manage the day-to-day operations of Sheraa’s back-office.

Main responsibilities:

  • Streamline HR & Admin processes and ensure HR policy is in line with UAE labour law & Sheraa values
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including on / off boarding members of staff
  • Lead talent attraction and workforce planning
  • Retain top talent by building engagement strategies including; L&D, off-sites and recognition initiatives
  • Maintain performance management system in line with Sheraa needs
  • Oversee and manage procurement, space maintenance, and any other admin responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Must have solid experience in HR
  • Some experience or exposure to operations/admin/procurement is preferable
  • Essential competencies: team management & organizing & planning
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English is a must
  • Has a sense of initiative and a strong work ethic
