Personal Assistant to the CEO

Overview

We are looking for a friendly, flexible, and organized professional to assume a very integral role in Sheraa as assistant to our CEO. Your main responsibilities include: manage CEO’s schedule; handling unsolicited requests such as cold e-mails, calls, and walk-in guests; writing letters in Arabic; procuring and managing giveaways/gifts for partners & VIPs; arranging travel plans for the CEO, and managing the petty cash.

Requirements:

·      Must be fluent in Arabic and English
·      Business and creative writing skills is preferred in both English and Arabic
·      Excellent organizational skills is essential
·      A good and professional attitude towards work
·      Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
