Executive Assistant to the CEO

Overview

We are looking for a friendly, flexible, and organized professional to assume a very integral role in Sheraa as executive assistant to our CEO and office manager. Your main responsibilities include: manage CEO’s schedule; handling unsolicited requests such as cold e-mails, calls, and walk-in guests; writing letters in Arabic; procuring and managing giveaways/gifts for partners & VIPs; and arranging travel plans for the CEO.

Requirements:

·      Must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
·      Business and creative writing skills in both English and Arabic is required.
·      Excellent organizational skills is essential.
·      A good and professional attitude towards work.
·      Previous experience as a personal assistant or office manager is required.
