Mujanovic is currently the Human Development Consultant at the World Bank, and is also the founder of Sarajevo Marathon, a social enterprise aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle while also fundraising for charity in Bosnia. He has also worked for the United Nations as their programs director in charge of a USD 7M worth youth employment program.
